One Central Hotel & Suites Cebu

We visited Cebu during the Sinulog festival and the hotel's location was perfect for experiencing the vibrant festivities. The central location made it easy for our family to immerse ourselves in the colorful parades and join the joyful celebrations.

My wife says that more children's entertainment options would have been a nice addition for families with kids.

The hotel's interior design was lovely, especially the grand staircase with brass angels and the 10-ft statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary with a crown and flower. The quaint woodwork and modern designs created a relaxing ambiance, perfect for senior people. The location of the hotel in the middle of busy Magallanes Street made it easily accessible for senior people to enjoy the scenic view of the seaside at twilight.

I would ask for better accessibility features for senior people, maybe the children working there could assist more with helping senior guests navigate the facility.

I enjoyed my time here. Not expensive place, it was fairly clean and had pleasant staff with the manager who finally agreed.

The location was perfect, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and street food. The hotel itself was luxurious and comfortable, and the bathroom was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The dining options were convenient and the food was delicious. The laundry service, although a bit pricey, was prompt and impressive. a great value for money, with comfortable beds and a delightful breakfast buffet. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus as well. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

I appreciated my 1 night stay. An electric kettle, an air conditioning and an individual safe were available in my deluxe room. Unbeatable and comfy location so close to Casa Gorordo. There was a clean restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

The happy hour was a great addition to our stay and we loved the in-room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the terrace with a stunning view of the city and harbour.

It was clean with excellent customer service. The room was elegant and modern looking, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

We are happy to say that we enjoyed staff and rooms. Found in the busy area close enough to bus station, shops. Besides, it's close to magellan's cross.

Panoramic View of the City - The hotel provided a surreal experience with its breathtaking view of the city, making me feel like I was on top of the world, literally. It was like having a bird's eye view of the bustling city below, a feeling that cannot be replicated elsewhere.

Always a great choice. First time, staff helped with luggage. Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center - has everything. Coming back for the weekend.

We stayed in a hotel that had a perfect location, close to the ferry's pier and the bus terminal. We were lucky enough to arrive when the night market was on, just outside the hotel. Our modern, clean room offered a great view and had all the necessary facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was a great bonus to our stay. Stayed at a hotel with a lagoon and historical baluarte - I felt like royalty! Staff gave great tips on exploring and the buffet had delicious cuisine. Imagine having food delivered right to your door. So convenient!

Oh, and who needs hot water, communication, and a peaceful sleep anyway? Not me!
